Wizikey, a Marketing software, empowers PR & Communications professionals to leverage the power of data and artificial intelligence to measure and optimise their efforts.  By integrating raw data from multiple sources including news, social media, blogs , analytics softwares and more, Wizikey provides a unified and wholistic intelligence to track, measure and manage communications efforts on 30+ metrics. It is used by hundreds of companies globally including such as User testing, eBay, Kissflow, Yellow.ai, CredAvenue and more.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify data accurately and efficiently into the company database following established procedures and guidelines.
• Review and correct any errors or inconsistencies in data entries, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
• Retrieve and gather information from various sources and input it into the database with attention to detail.
• Perform regular data maintenance activities, such as data cleaning, deduplication, and data validation.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
• Knowledge of MS Excel is a Must.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
• Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and data entry best practices.

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using data entry software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without compromising data quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of integrity and respect for data confidentiality.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis techniques is a plus.
