• Monitoring the media landscape in India
• Media monitoring for movements of journalists
• Working with the tech and product team to create a robust media database for India and other geographies
• Working with the customer success team and suggesting them various new angles to pitch stories and informing them about the macro environment of the particular sector they are working on
• Talking to the customers, understanding their media needs and resolving the issues/feedbacks
• Updating media dashboards and regularly monitoring the same
• Helping solve problems of customer success team related to media management

• Bachelors in Mass Communication, PR, journalism or related discipline from a reputed institute.
• 0-2 Years of experience in a relevant role
• Passion for PR and journalism
• Result oriented mindset along with Good written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently plan and execute deliverables
• Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
