With Wizikey, companies can scale their communication efforts to over 10 countries & get actionable competitive intelligence.

• Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data analysis and management strategies. 

• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources

• Work closely with the Product Manager to deliver actionable insights into our product to further increase engagement and retention of users

• Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in data sets that could be helpful for diagnosis and prediction

• Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data

• Create and maintain reporting tools and applications to support all strategic and tactical needs of the company. Dashboard development and generation for daily, weekly, monthly and all reporting needs

• Look for improvement and innovation opportunities with business impact

• Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes

• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

• Up to 2 years of experience in Data Analysis

• Strong experience in Excel or Google Sheets - should be comfortable with advanced functions.

• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data 

• Comfortable in writing basic scripts in Python and SQL for data analysis.

• Good to have: Basic knowledge of Google Analytics

• Should have solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong rigour in automating repetitive tasks
