Job Description

As part of the Founder's office, you will be instrumental in taking on projects head on - setting up various verticals together with the Founders. This role initially will be about setting up Customer Success - Onboarding, Relationship Development, Product Adoption will be important aspects and key responsibilities. Working with the product team to pass on the feedback and bugs is also part of this overall experience. The selected person will report to the Co-founder.

What the work will involve:

Onboarding

  • Onboard new customers and help them get started with the product or service
  • Answer customers’ questions and address their concerns

Retention and Upsell

  • Conduct customer check-ins and proactively address customers’ needs.
  • Develop relationships to understand customers' needs and convert opportunities
  • Monitor customer health and identify customer churn risks
  • Analyze customer data and provide feedback to different teams within the organization
  • Work closely with the sales team on upsells and cross-sells
  • Enhance lifetime value through higher product usage, retention, satisfaction score, and NPS scores

New Feature Communication

  • Take on special projects as needed
  • Driving training materials, and great product advocacy amongst users
  • Plan and execute programs which help customers understand new features and developments on Wizikey based on cohorts of customers

Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • At least 2-4 years in customer success (preferably in B2B Tech | (SAAS)
    • Education: MBA and/or Engineer (any stream) and/or B.Com or B.A. Economics
    • You love building and managing relationships with brands and key stakeholders
    • Solution selling - you understand that customers want the benefit and are able to break their needs into possible solutions
    • Excellent persuasion skills
    • Good at the hearing - You are a good listener
    • Startup or Entrepreneurial DNA - You love seeing the value you create in a company and are excited to join a fast-growing startup
    • Be able to multitask, prioritize, rapidly iterate and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment.
