Job Description

We at Wizikey are seeing great momentum and are now looking to expand our Sales team. The immediate need is of Lead Gen Manager. This role will report directly to the CEO.

Background: 

We are looking for a tech-savvy and dynamic SaaS sales champion to bring predictability to our growth. Build the right process and hire the right team to grow Wizikey in India and beyond. This role will have an opportunity to work the decision-makers in High growth startups and Unicorns across geographies. The role will include fully understanding Wizikey's audience, product and offerings as well its unique advantage to build a new industry in Asia.

You will have a crucial task of understanding and identifying the right ICP companies, personas, etc, using existing customer databases, and passing on the right/leads further down the sales funnel.

 

As a Lead Gen Manager at Wizikey, you:

  • Drive customer acquisition using lead generation strategies and deliver tangible leads using the latest lead generation tools
  • Actively participate in overall marketing operations, lead management, and campaign execution to drive digital demand generation and paid media campaigns.
  • Act as a connection between the technology platforms, their capabilities, and marketing goals, to advise the best approach and drive execution and improvement over time.
  • Own the planning, quality assurance framework, and execution of email and online marketing campaigns: this includes the product, promotional and triggered email, content syndication, as well as, paid display, search, and social advertising.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously evolve best practices for digital and email marketing across channels.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Own end-to-end implementation and sending of email and digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, planning, segmentation, execution, testing, deployment, analysis, and optimization.
  • Email marketing: Create and deploy regular email communications lead generation: Help to grow and maintain our lead generation strategy for sponsored campaigns.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience - 5 years
  • Experience in lead generation for software selling 
  • Experience in email marketing and performance marketing 
  • Worked exclusively in B2B enterprises
  • Expertise in lead funnel optimization and progression management.
