Job Description

Wizikey is the only software in the world which helps businesses create Trust. In about an year of our launch, we have become one of the fastest growing Enterprise Software in India, catering to Fortune 500 and High growth Startups brands from the USA and India.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who will scale our systems and processes to USD 5 Mn ARR in the next 2 years, hire the right talent and groom them to be world-class.

Ideal Candidate profile

We are looking for energetic and passionate leader who knows selling is best done when you help a customer meet their goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Complete the journey from Product Demo to Paycheck with the leads
  • Adept in both a direct sales and channel-driven model with at least 2 years selling into enterprise accounts at the C-level
  • Champion of alliances model to generate revenue
  • Ensure the timely and right onboarding gensuring customer's delight to the Success team for right delivery
  • Ensure delivery of product was completed and coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve pending sales order and sales operations issues
  • Prospect new customers through lead generation, webinars, follow-up, and cold calling
  • Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business
  • Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into a CRM system

 

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Atleast 5 years of Sales experience + 2 years in SaaS
    • Experience working in a B2B SaaS subscription business model
    • Experience performing data updates and management on Hubspot
    • Must have excellent customer service skills and a can do attitude
    • Knowledge of key SaaS metrics such as ACV, ARR, Churn, and Renewal Rate is a plus
