Overview: 

The role is for that unique individual who aims to experience startup life in its entirety. This is not yet another job but a position which will help the individual learn the nuances from fundraising to hiring an outstanding team to guide businesses from around the world to expand their communications in India. Understanding the vision, setting up processes, hiring the right skill sets with the core team, pushing the loose ends to ensure an amazing customer experience, working with the product team  - it has all the masala needed for an adrenaline rush crazy individuals. 

Key highlights: 

Project/Program management

• Work with founders (alum of IIT, SRCC and MICA) on critical projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses
• Ensure end to end management of projects involved in
• Create and manage Investor MIS 
• Be involved in key meetings with the founders - within the office and outside. 

Identification of potential risks

• Should be able to highlight red alerts in the systems 
• Work with the team in plugging the system and ensuring great customer experience for customers

• Work with teams to ensure consistent communication is disseminated through speaker opportunities, events, social media presence, etc
• Being in charge of any customer communication coming in through the product

• Graduate / Post Graduate from IIT/ IIM/ ISB/ SRCC/ LSR/ Miranda House
• Atleast 1 year experience in a startup
• Great temperament is a must
• A generalist mindset with experience and ability to participate in different areas
• A hustler, executor and who is able to sift through the chaos and take decisions
