As a Digital Project Manager at the Wix Agency, you'll lead the creation of high-impact digital experiences for strategic partners, taking projects from concept to completion. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable digital ecosystems that solve real-world business challenges. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Manage complex, client-facing digital projects from start to finish
• Lead cross-functional teams, aligning perspectives and ensuring clear communication
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high standards
• Identify and implement tools and processes to improve workflows and project outcomes
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into projects when relevant
• Build strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted partner

• 3+ years of experience managing complex, client-facing digital projects
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Strong organizational and operational thinking with attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills, thinking beyond standard solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content, automation, and workflows
• Familiarity with Wix tools and products – an advantage
• Ability to collaborate across different professional disciplines, with understanding of design, UX, content, development, and product terminology to support clear communication and alignment
