Not perfect yet? That’s perfect. We’re looking for a talented and curious Brand and Web Designer with a visual voice and 1-2 years of experience to join our Design Guild. Someone who shows thinking, not just execution. In your day-to-day, you’ll: 

• Collaborate with brand designers, illustrators, art directors, and technical designers, with mentorship built into your work, not tacked on

• Shape global projects – from digital campaigns to employer branding, from conference stages to product templates

• Play across mediums – with web and digital first, but also print, spatial design, and physical brand moments

• Share your work in open sessions, get constructive feedback, and see your ideas sharpened and celebrated

• Leverage AI tools to explore new design possibilities, optimize design workflows and accelerate creative development.

• 1-2 years of experience in branding or digital design, or a portfolio that shows promise and taste

• An eye for composition, layout, and brand identity

• Curiosity about motion, illustration, or any craft outside your lane (experience in these fields – an advantage)

• Comfortable with Adobe CC and Figma (Wix Editor skills are an advantage, but you can learn them on the job)

• A collaborative team player who asks questions and embraces feedback to grow

Salary range is 2000 - 3000 Eur GROSS / month (Total compensation, including RSU package)
