Job Description
As a Business Development Manager in Wix’s Developer Relations team, you’ll identify strategic growth opportunities, build high-impact partnerships, and help expand the Wix ecosystem, with a strong focus on AI and emerging industry trends. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to spot opportunities, shape strategic initiatives, and turn ideas into impactful collaborations.
In your day-to-day, you will
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, ecosystem analysis, and relationship-building
Build and grow strong relationships with prospective and existing partners to drive business growth
Build and present business cases, proposals, and partnership opportunities that demonstrate Wix’s value proposition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company to align strategy, priorities, and go-to-market efforts
Monitor industry trends, AI developments, and competitor activity to inform business development strategy and identify new opportunities
Lead negotiations with partners to secure strong commercial agreements and long-term value for Wix

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business development or a related field, with a proven track record of driving impact
Strong business acumen, with experience in market research, opportunity assessment, and business analysis
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business scenarios
A data-driven mindset, with experience using metrics to inform strategic decisions
Strong interest in AI, emerging technologies, and market trends, with the ability to turn industry developments into business opportunities
Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

We are the Developer Relations team at Wix. Our main focus is guiding and working closely with our growing 3rd-party app developer community, including individual developers to large organizations around the world. On the day-to-day, we review all app submissions and support our 3rd-party partners in delivering great products and solutions for Wix users. We put developers first and strive to provide them with the best platform to build the best results with Wix.
