Job Description

As a Developer Care Expert, you’ll provide exceptional support to developers, ensuring smooth app integration, troubleshooting issues, and helping optimize their solutions. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve features and enhance the overall developer experience. You’ll work on tasks both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a seamless developer ecosystem at Wix. In your day-to-day, you will:  

  • Engage with the developer community daily via Discord and tickets, offering support and assistance  

  • Review 3rd-party app submissions  

  • Influence the way we support our developers, improving their experience  

  • Work closely with R&D teams to improve the Wix Developer Platform  

  • Become an expert on our platform and products to provide effective operational, analytical, and product guidance  

  • Provide partners with technical support for integrating with Wix APIs and frameworks

Qualifications

  • 1.5–2 years of remaining time to complete your degree  

  • Great organizational and execution skills to effectively manage and prioritize multiple interfaces, initiatives, and projects  

  • Excellent time management and strong written communication skills  

  • Experience working with REST APIs and SDKs to integrate systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve functionality  

  • Experience working with multiple teams across diverse disciplines in a fast-paced high-tech environment  

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English  

  • Experience as a backend developer, tier 3 support agent, or in a QA role – an advantage
