Job Description

  • Plan and execute social growth strategies, driving measurable awareness, engagement, and revenue impact.
     
  • Build and manage partnerships with influencers, creators and  brands that align with our positioning and audience.
     
  • Identify creative growth opportunities, partnership angles, and social collaborations that accelerate reach and credibility.
     
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the partnership and social growth program, continuously improving processes and efficiency.
     
  • Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, outreach, content creation, analysis, and workflow automation.
     
  • Negotiate partnership and commercial agreements to maximize mutual value and ROI.
     
  • Monitor performance, define KPIs, analyze results, and iterate based on data and insights.
     
  • Manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and at high quality.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social growth, performance marketing, partnerships, or creator/influencer marketing.
     
  • Strong understanding of social ecosystems, including creators, content formats, and growth mechanics.
     
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate and build relationships with international partners.
     
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable using data to identify trends, measure impact, and optimize performance.
     
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools and platforms.
     
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple partners and moving projects simultaneously.
     
  • Proactive, execution-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
