Job Description
- Plan and execute partnership strategies and execute partnership strategies and influencers campaigns to drive measurable growth and revenue
- Manage and optimize the daily operations of the partnership program, improving efficiency
- Leverage technology and tools (including AI) to enhance workflows and performance
- Negotiate commercial agreements to maximize value and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and define KPIs for optimization
- Work with the team to effectively use partner content in ads and social channels
- Take ownership of budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or partnerships.
- Excellent written and spoken English, writing and communicating effectively with international partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret results, and derive actionable insights.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adopt and utilize new technologies effectively
- Proven negotiation skills and confidence in financial discussions and deal-making
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple partners and deadlines
- A proactive "doer" attitude with a hands-on approach and execution focus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
