• Drive Engineering Excellence by setting the technological vision, defining quality standards, and ensuring architecture supports Wix’s massive scale.

• Optimize development velocity by identifying bottlenecks and bridging the gap between Platform and Product teams with the right infrastructure.

• Build the Wix Engineering brand in Lithuania through recruitment ownership, community events, and public-facing technical leadership.

• Master knowledge flow and professional growth, overseeing everything from onboarding and mentorship to career pathing for senior engineers.

• Strong engineering background in modern web development and complex architecture.
