As an Administrative Assistant, you'll manage various administrative tasks to support our Sales and Marketing Teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, both internally and externally, helping the team achieve their goals. In your day-to-day, you will: 
• Manage tasks across various teams, including Sales, Marketing, CSM and PSM 
• Handle invoice management and provide sales support 
• Schedule and organize meetings and events 
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 
• Maintain and update documentation and records

This is a hybrid position, and the team is expected to come to the office 2-4 days per week
 

• 4+ years of experience in administrative roles 
• Proficient in basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google WS) 
• Experience in business correspondence by phone and email 
• High level of accuracy and speed in administrative tasks 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Native level Japanese, business level English (writing/reading) is preferred
