As a Supervisor for the Campus Cleaning Team, you'll lead and oversee a team of approximately 30 employees focusing on maintaining the campus in a high-quality and presentable condition.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Lead one of the campus cleaning teams, including supervising the cleaning and maintenance of facilities

• Enhance the cleaning team's capabilities and ensure high-quality cleaning services across all areas of the campus

• Supervise and adapt work plans to maintain high standards and service levels

• Manage and lead the cleaning team in their daily activities

• Recruit skilled team members, implement organized work plans, and ensure execution

• Continuously improve the employee experience and address any issues that arise

• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced work environment

• Deep knowledge and experience in maintenance and cleaning operations

• Proficiency in Russian, Hebrew, and English with good communication skills

• Decent computer skills, including budgeting and office software

• Great interpersonal skills, energetic, and capable of managing a team

• Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, and professional appearance

• Quick learner with creative problem-solving skills

• Patient team player who leads by example and is skilled at building strong working relationships
