• Lead a team of talented engineers, providing support, guidance, and growth opportunities

• Own the team roadmap together with the product manager, researching, planning, prioritizing, and allocating resources for each year 

• Work closely with relevant stakeholders (PM, UX, Product Designer), and other groups

• Recruit and mentor new employees, ensuring successful onboarding

• Maintain a high level of technical proficiency for the team

• 5+ years experience as a software engineer

• Proven track record leading major efforts, prioritizing tasks, and delivering high-quality results within set timelines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders

• Ready to tackle challenges and make a meaningful impact

• Eager to work with some of the most talented individuals in the field

• 2+ years of team leadership experience, or experience in front-end tooling and design systems - an advantage
