• Build multi-data center architecture with hundreds of servers
• Quickly identify and resolve infrastructural problems related to the server stack
• Drive the success of our system advancements, cooperating with development, support, and QA teams
• Design and implement next-generation tools to ensure stability, increase velocity, and enhance user experience by optimizing the performance stack
• Ensure our performance services across the entire company are effective, seamless, and user-friendly
• Participate in Wix’s innovative culture by proposing and executing activities that contribute to Wix’s success

• 3+ years of experience with live production systems
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes as a cluster administrator
• Proficiency in Linux, networking fundamentals, and AWS
• Strong knowledge of provisioning and configuration management systems (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef)
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python and Bash, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience or knowledge of CDN architecture, caching layers, varnish/nginx caching configuration - an advantage
