Join the Editor Cluster Developer Experience team at Wix. This new team is dedicated to enhancing the development experience of Wix’s main user-facing products, including our editors and rendering engine. With over 340 employees in the cluster, we aim to boost our development velocity and create a seamless, efficient workflow. 

In your role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with various developer teams to understand and address their needs

• Work with Wix’s infrastructure team to enhance our cluster’s CI process

• Develop best practices and improvements for our existing testing frameworks

• Create and implement tooling to improve the overall developer experience

• 4+ years of experience in development processes, including CI/CD, tooling, and infrastructure

• Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work closely with diverse teams across the company

• Passion for deep research and a thorough understanding of how systems work

• Highly independent with the ability to thrive in a small team environment

Every Wix user interacts with multiple products developed by our team, making our work critical to the company’s success.
