Job Description
The Senior Manager of Program Implementation and Integration is responsible for effectively integrating new contracts and programming into service delivery within the Coordinated Access Team. This position strategically implements new programming in partnership with departments throughout the organization, forecasting and planning for sustainability. The Senior Manager of Program Implementation and Integration is responsible for leading cross-departmental projects and initiatives. This role is a liaison between all departments throughout WithinReach developing effective communication, work plans and strategies for successful service delivery and effective change management. This position develops work plans, manages timelines, and collaborates to reach goals ensuring quality programming and organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Director of Coordinated Access and department leads to address program capacity needs and infrastructural support for optimum program service delivery.
- Develop strategy for cross departmental communication and program implementation utilizing project management tools.
- Create long and short term plans including targeted measures and adherence to deadlines.
- Work closely with managers to ensure policies and procedures are integrated consistently.
- Lead and facilitate program implementation, integration, and sustainability meetings to integrate new contracts and services.
- Conduct program assessments to inform resources, budget, capacity and supervisory support needed for effective program integration and implementation.
- Use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years management experience
- A minimum of 3 years program development and training experience
- Project management and change management knowledge, experience and training required
- Utilization of Project Management tools required
- Any equivalent combination of skills and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, and abilities to perform the work.
- Strong meeting and workgroup facilitation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Public Administration desired
- Excellent supervisory skills, including providing and receiving feedback.
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with people of diverse cultures, ethnic and socioeconomic groups.
- Knowledge of maternal/child health and social services desired.
- Excellent written/oral communications skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while part of a team.
- Team building and effective communication skills are essential.
Additional Information
Salary & Benefits: 84,000 Salary, Full Time, 40 hours/week. Exempt.
