Job Description

Wish is looking for a Chief of Staff to the CPO to support a portfolio of strategic product, operations and special projects. As CPO Chief of staff, you help lead planning, financial, and operational activities for the CPO organization, and run point on a wide range of critical activities including strategic planning, operational cadence, metrics, internal communications, and more.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, representative, and assistant to the CPO.

  • Help lead annual and quarterly planning, OKR setting and reporting across the organization

  • Work with finance & operating teams to plan and prepare capital and headcount budgets and associated reporting. 

  • Prepare regular execution status and identify areas that require leadership focus 

  • Prepare communications (All hands, board presentations, leadership meeting agendas, follow ups etc.)

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 5+ years in technical project/program management, preferably in a large scale software organization

  • 2+ years of experience working directly with executive leaders in a cross functional environment

  • Outstanding ability to collaborate with and engage in cross-functional environment

  • Ownership mentality to drive issues and tasks to completion .

  • Comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing environment

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
