We are looking for an Associate Product Manager for our Wish Local team. The Wish Local program and team is growing quickly and there is a lot of opportunity to have a large impact on the success of the business. In this role, you will work on features and programs that provide value to small businesses around the world. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in building the strategy and roadmap to deliver on the business goals for Wish Local
  • Help drive product requirements and development for features that ensure small businesses find success with Wish Local
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners including customer support, marketing and logistics to develop processes to manage small business satisfaction and performance 
  • Conduct user research and  data-driven experiments to inform product direction
  • Help analyze data to establish, monitor, and measure success metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in product, engineering, data or startups preferred 
  • Ability to analyze metrics that inform the success of products, SQL experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work cross functionally
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, positive attitude and passionate about supporting small businesses
