We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our organization in Alexandria, Australia. In this role, you will drive the vision and strategy for our product portfolio, working collaboratively across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer value. You will be responsible for defining product direction, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product launches that align with business objectives and market opportunities.

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with organizational goals and market opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
• Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on data-driven insights and business impact
• Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation
• Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to inform decision-making and optimize product features
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback through user research, interviews, and analytics to inform product decisions
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Communicate product updates, progress, and strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and drive continuous product improvement
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, or related industries
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and metrics interpretation
• Experience with product management tools and platforms (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy for user needs and behaviors
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis
• Technical acumen and ability to work effectively with engineering teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Preferred: Background in business strategy, consulting, or product strategy roles
• Preferred: Experience with analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• Preferred: Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking methodologies
• Preferred: Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
