Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Research Analyst to head our Research team at our Hyderabad office. This individual will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts, ensuring a consistent and quality client pool, and mentoring a team of Research Analysts (RAs). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client data mining, list building, and generating high-quality leads for the US Staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team Research Analysts to meet client acquisition goals.
- Develop, monitor, and refine lead generation strategies to expand the client pool.
- Generate high-quality leads individually and support the team in enhancing lead productivity.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and training to team members.
- Collaborate with Sales and BD teams to understand the target audience and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Track key performance metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
- Maintain high data accuracy, research standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Work in both night and day shifts, depending on operational demands and team support needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in lead generation/research in a US Staffing firm.
- Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience managing a team.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a strong client database using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.
- Deep understanding of the US staffing industry, client types, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, shift-based work environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working with CRM and ATS platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
