Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs for a variety of construction projects in different market sectors. This person will work with clients, vendors, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and detailed estimates. The Estimator will also be responsible for bidding on projects, negotiating contracts, and providing support to the project team throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating costs for construction projects
• Understanding of construction costs, labor, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
• Knowledge of construction software and technology is a plus.
