Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Xpheno, you will be a pivotal player in our growth strategy, responsible for driving revenue through client acquisition and strategic business development initiatives. Your role involves collaborating with key stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of exceptional recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the business development team in identifying and approaching potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful fulfillment of client requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry trends, and client needs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to formulate and implement effective business development strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
• Previous experience managing a business development or sales team
