Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Data Quality Operations to lead our in-store data quality teams supporting AUS and US markets. This role will oversee multiple Team Leads across AM and PM shifts (Snooper and Mobee teams) and will be responsible for elevating team capability, strengthening quality governance, and implementing scalable data quality processes and reporting frameworks.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, consistent quality standards, and executive-level visibility into performance across global markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Development
Directly manage & develop Team Leads across Snooper (AM shift – AUS) & Mobee (PM shift – North America)
Drive accountability & performance management
Ensure alignment & consistency across shifts & regions
Lead workforce planning & capacity alignment across time zones
Data Quality Governance & Process Excellence
Design & implement standardized data quality frameworks
Establish clear SLA’s, KPI’s & quality benchmarks
Drive root cause analysis & corrective action plans
Reduce rework & build efficiencies across markets
Reporting & Performance Visibility
Develop & own DQ dashboards reporting out on key metrics
Monitor error rates, productivity, SLA adherence & quality trends
Cross Regional Stakeholder Management
Partner with AUS & US stakeholders to align on quality expectations
Ensure smooth shift handoffs & operational continuity
Manage escalations & drive resolution across regions
Qualifications
8+ years in Operations, Quality Assurance or Data Quality management
3+ years managing team leads
Strong analytical & reporting capabilities
Demonstrated success in implementing scalable process improvement
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Experience leading multi shift teams
Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, and executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of operational efficiency
Adhere to a high standard of excellence and quality
Six Sigma certification is a plus
Skilled in use of Microsoft suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience using AI to improve & optimize processes
