Location: Remote, Australia (Sydney preferred)

Wiser Solutions is a suite of in-store and eCommerce intelligence and execution tools. We're on a mission to enable brands, retailers, and retail channel partners to gather intelligence and automate actions to optimize pricing, marketing, and operations initiatives, both in-store and online. Our Commerce Execution Suite is available globally.  

• Accompany the Account Executive team on customer calls, to give insights from a technical perspective and provide strategic guidance to the sales process.
• Diagnose prospective customer requirements, answer technical questions, and perform feasibility assessments
• Establish strong rapport with potential and actual customers through excellent communication and customer understanding.
• Build and maintain expertise in product capabilities and opportunities.
• Design and deliver product demonstrations and POCs that match customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with the Implementation and Operations teams to ensure project delivery as per customer requirements and needs.
• Work closely with product management in identifying customer needs and requirements and validate future feature designs.

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with SQL.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in ecommerce is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS sales or customer success is a plus.
• Experience or general knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, Regex is a plus.
