Job Description

ICG Product Development team plays a central role in shaping and executing ICG’s strategy across asset classes. Operating in collaboration with the investment, client solutions and CBS functions, the team is responsible for driving, designing and structuring new product initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our clients globally.

As a Product Development graduate, you will support the team in the analysis, design, and implementation of new fund structures and investment vehicles. The internship will provide exposure to the full product lifecycle and offers a unique perspective on how alternative investment strategies are packaged and delivered to global investors.

Primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Support product design and development including benchmarking investment terms and structures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of new products 
  • Assist the head of product development in preparing documentations and report on new products, including new product memos
  • Research and produce market intel and analysis on emerging product trends and opportunities across key markets for ICG 
  • Collaborate with the investment teams and the Client Solutions Group in the marketing positioning of new products
