Qualifications

Private Client Tax Junior

Working both autonomously and as part of an established team focusing on providing tax services to a variety of individuals. You will also work towards membership of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and The Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) whilst studying for the ACA/CTA dual qualification. You may be client facing, but also must show willingness to work as part of a team and be able to meet deadlines.

Essential Job Functions

Duties and responsibilities would include the following:

  • Prepare basic tax returns – Individuals, Partnerships and Repayment Claims
  • Prepare financial accounts for Sole traders and preparation of rental accounts. 
  • Proactively chase clients and third parties for information to complete returns/accounts.
  • Liaising with HMRC dealing with client queries.  
  • Assisting Managers and Partners with a variety of tasks related to both the compliance and advisory needs when required.
