An Apprentice Site Manager takes ownership from day one, and drives forward our home-building project from beginning to end. They thrive in a job with variety and know how to keep cool when things don’t go as planned.

This is a 2 year rotational role initially and St Modwen are flexible around three key areas: Stoke/Stafford/Burton/Derby/West Midlands area, Copthorne/Ditton area, and the Gloucester/Bristol/Swindon area. On rotation for two years across four different sites within your region.

In a typical week, an Apprentice Site Manager might:

• Manage sales and customer activity, as well as technical functions in the construction phase of the projects.
• Keep a keen eye on quality to ensure our status as a ‘5-star builder’ is maintained.
• Use their powers for diplomacy maintain relationships with key internal and external parties.

Above all, they will help ensure that we deliver quality homes and have a lasting impact on our communities.
 

What you need to apply: 

• A passion for building quality homes.
• Confidence with IT systems.
• Willingness to work towards SMSTS certificate.
• Planning, organising, and prioritising skills.
• Full UK driving license.
• Willingness to live and work in either the West Midlands area, or Copthorne/Ditton area or Gloucester/ Bristol/Swindon area.
