Job Description

A Graduate Planner is a confident decision maker with an entrepreneurial spirit. They are focused on growth and ready to identify the opportunities needed to drive the business forward and make real impact. They harness intuition and technical experience to bring together multi-disciplinary teams and own decision making processes.

In a typical week, a Graduate Planner might:

  • Takes ownership of the planning promotion of new projects to ensure we have the best impact on the area.
  • Supports the team and stakeholders with changes to the budget, strategy and commercial viability of sites.
  • Drives the discovery of new opportunities using the LandInsight software.
  • Assists in the production and preparation of planning and acquisition packs.
     

Qualifications

What you need to apply:

  • Educated to relevant degree level and willing to work towards a RTPI qualification.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Willing to work and live in London, Birmingham or Bristol.
