A Graduate Development Surveyor enjoys variety in their work and takes stakeholder management in their stride. They know how to spot an opportunity and create briefs that ensure other teams are equipped to achieve success. Entrepreneurial in spirit, a Graduate Development Surveyor will master partnerships and drive business development.

In a typical week, a Graduate Development Surveyor might: 

• Coordinate with the planning team on site searches and use of software such as LandInsight.
• Proactively research relevant sectors and markets to help with business development decisions.
• Master the fundamentals of cash flow processes in partnerships.

Above all, they will help ensure that we deliver quality homes and have a lasting impact on our communities.
 

What you need to apply: 

• A finance, business or RICS accredited degree. 
• Experience in the logistics/industrial or residential sector with a developer or agent is advantageous but not essential.
• A full UK driving license (not essential).
• Willing to live and work in London, Bristol or Birmingham.
