What do we do:

• Velocity Consulting: Targeted intervention to solve highly complex engineering problems or rescue at-risk engagements by small group of experts
• Co-creation Studios: Ideation, design, training, engineering to product development
• Professional Education: High-impact training courses taught by practitioners (Agile, and Lean methodologies)

What you'll do:

• Build strong networks of senior technology professionals
• Develop innovative ways to attract the best technology talent in the marketplace
• Source candidates using various platforms and attraction strategies
• Work closely with the hiring community to understand pipeline of talent requirements and ensure availability
• Research, identify and cultivate external talent networks that will further progress the company’s talent strategy
• Build awareness in the talent market of buildit
