Internship Summary

The Winsupply Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to build valuable skills through immersive classroom learning, off-site training, and a collaborative capstone project. The program is structured to promote professional development by offering mentorship, meaningful networking opportunities, and hands-on experience in real-world projects. Participants will not only develop their careers but also make a significant impact within the Winsupply organization, contributing to innovative solutions and long-term success.

Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Training Specialist Intern that conducts both on-site and virtual training for local companies.  They will work closely with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to ensure desired performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions.
  • Work with local company in organization and/or setup of WISE data.
  • Conduct various follow-up training activities with recently visited local company.
  • Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved.
  • Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects.
  • Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to local companies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, either at the undergraduate or master’s level.
  • One semester post-graduation
