Job Description
Position Summary
Winsupply Sourcing Services (WSS) operates ~2 million square feet of wholesaling warehouse space, while offering inventory and vendor management solutions, to be the premier vendor partner for our customer base.
Our customer base consists of aspiring entrepreneurs who own and operate their own wholesale distribution businesses, now over 670 businesses nationwide. Therefore, this job provides the opportunity to have a direct impact in the success of entrepreneurial small businesses across the United States, and in particular, those that rely on WSS to improve their inventory turnover. WSS transacts with vendors and customers nearly three quarters of a million times in a given fiscal year. In this role, you will maximize the efficiency and preserve the integrity of all processes within Winsupply Sourcing Services, specifically those supporting WSS procurement function.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Data and Process Integration
- Support the onboarding initiatives of the Vendor Success team, including, but not limited to:
- New vendor and product lines setup within distribution centers (DC)
- DC item maintenance, including item addition, item shopping, merges, and reassigns
- Line item and data review of Local Companies onboarding to Shared Purchasing Solutions
- Local Company system setup for lines being purchased by Shared Purchasing Solutions
- Vendor EDI setup coordination for invoices and advanced ship notifications
- Support the offboarding initiatives of the Vendor Success team, including, but not limited to:
- Item destocking and vendor removals, i.e., item deletions
- Communicate and work with EDI, data, and WSS teams across campus to maintain fluid, connective engagement across all functions within established processes
- Support the onboarding initiatives of the Vendor Success team, including, but not limited to:
Smartsheet Platform
- Maintain and establish workflows within Smartsheet software to:
- Establish data share worksheets and dashboards that foster cross team connected functionality
- Build team specific and leadership specific dashboards and personal spaces, including metrics
- Create data shuttle and mesh opportunities between enterprise systems and Smartsheet to improve efficiencies within all team spaces
- Maintain and establish workflows within Smartsheet software to:
Processing Compliance and Excellency
- Hold oneself to WSS service standards, as well as Winsupply technology and data standards
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies identified; drive implementation and improvement

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Smartsheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial distribution, wholesaling, or large-scale procurement operations.
