Internship Summary

The Winsupply Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to build valuable skills through immersive classroom learning, off-site training, and a collaborative capstone project. Position Summary

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company dedicated to providing innovative solutions. As an WSS Distribution Center Operations Intern, you will be an integral part of our operations team, gaining hands-on experience in managing various aspects of business operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in data analyzation, process improvement, and efficiency improvement. You will work closely with experienced professionals to support daily operations, contribute to strategic projects, and enhance your understanding of the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis

  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights on business performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for senior management. 
  • Support the implementation of analytics tools and methodologies to improve data-driven decision-making.

Process Improvement

  • Assist in analyzing current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement changes and monitor the impact on overall performance.
  • Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Contribute to process mapping and workflow management projects.

Efficiency Improvement

  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track improvement progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Recommend and apply automation tools or technology solutions to reduce manual tasks and increase output.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, assess impact, and iterate on improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, either at the undergraduate or master’s level.
  • One semester post-graduation
