Job Description
The Installer - Plumber is involved in the delivery and installation of appliances, including plumbing and gas connections, at customers’ premises in a timely and professional manner. The Installer - Plumber will operate with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost, and Team, and align with company values.
- Install, and inspect various home appliances for customers.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks to meet customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude during interactions with customers.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Certificate in plumbing.
- Gas Fitter Licence.
- A clean driving record with no traffic convictions.
- A great customer focus work ethic, with demonstrated customer experience
- Strong safety focused including safe manual handling knowledge and experience.
- Ability to maintain a professional and calm manner whilst working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results and targets driven with a proactive, can do approach.
- Intermediate level computer/app literacy Experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items preferred but not essential.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office
