  • Traditional payment providers have undue control over users’ money. Users can have their accounts frozen, money locked in, and bear hidden fees. Access to these payment providers is limited which makes cross-border payments not only a hassle but also expensive. 
  • Wind will do all the things a traditional payments app does (add money, send/receive, cash-out, debit cards) and add crypto native functionalities like staking, yield, dApps. It is a wallet where you can send, store & invest in 4,000+ crypto assets and earn passive income on your balance by staking or suppling assets in DeFi apps.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Strategy) to drive user-growth in the US and the Phillipines markets. Including but not limited to, research, conception, execution of growth strategies. 

  • Develop local top of the funnel & acquisition focused content strategy across a range of channels - testing and learning to continuously refine approach and improve outcomes.

  • Create, implement, and  lead our growth marketing campaigns with internal and external stakeholders to drive business user acquisition.

  • Work with Agencies and PR newswires to distribute Wind’s content and press releases across multiple outlets.

  • Explore new channels and ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth.

  • Lead the development and execution of partnership and lead generation & nurturing campaigns.

  • Support Product teams in defining G2M of new products and lead product marketing offerts. 

  • Support the founding team in building the Wind Brand (positioning, branding, messaging, etc) 

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of building communities and growing user bases for consumer tech businesses.

  • At least 2 years of experience in growth or expansion-related roles, preferably in fast-paced industries (Crypto experience is preferred)

  • Proven experience in leading marketing efforts (Campaigns, G2M, Content, PR, etc)

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Filipino)

    • Job type: Full Time, 5 Days a Week, 10AM to 6PM (or equivalent hours)
