Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled AI LLM Developer with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, LLaMA, OpenAI, LangChain, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will have excellent Python skills and the ability to train custom models specifically for financial analysis. You will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our AI models to deliver high-impact financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for financial analysis applications.
• Prompt Engineering: Create and refine prompts to enhance model performance and accuracy.
• Integration: Work with LLaMA, OpenAI, LangChain, and RAG to integrate and deploy AI solutions.
• Custom Training: Train custom models tailored to specific financial analysis tasks and datasets.
• Data Handling: Manage and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality input for model training.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and financial analysts, to deliver robust AI solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, implementing improvements as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of model development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in AI development, with a focus on large language models and prompt engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with LLaMA, OpenAI, LangChain, and RAG.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial analysis and the ability to tailor AI models to this domain.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
