Administration / Data Entry (Temp)

We are currently looking for a temporary Data-Entry Administrator to support our Client Support teams on administrative tasks. Full training on the specifics of the role will be provided.
Our ideal applicant will need to be available asap, have strong IT and communication skills and have high attention to detail.
Typical daily responsibilities will include:
- Opening, scanning and distributing incoming post
- Scanning documents
- Printing wealth management plans and other documents
- Carrying out Client e-identity checks
- Sending Letter of Authority to external providers
- Updating CRM systems with client personal and financial data
- Submitting client paperwork
- Processing client requests
The position will be based at our Head Office in Thame. Working hours will be 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am - 3pm Fridays. The contract will be on a month rolling contract.
