We are looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to promote our offering to the marketing and helps us launch a range of new service offerings and new locations as we continue to grow.

As Marketing Manager you will structure and implement end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns for the Wills & Trusts Wealth Management Group Ltd, Trust DFM (Fund Managers), W&T Solicitors and W&T Accounting. We are looking for an individual that really understands the B2C market and can deliver a strategy that will deliver results and bring new clients into the family.

 

Our core service offerings include Independent Financial Planning, a Discretionary Fund Manager, Solicitors (Wills, Trusts, LPA’s & Probate) and Accountancy services. We use a wide variety of media to services and will need someone that can build upon the foundations we have created so far. You will be required to act as the link between all our companies, hub locations and our external digital agency to ensure a joined-up, well thought through and results-driven marketing approach.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted direct to consumer communications and occasionally B2B communications as needed, utilising the full marketing mix that are relevant, to brief and to budget
  • Ensure systems are in place to accurately track the success of marketing campaigns and ROI
  • Project management of the various campaigns ensuring they all adhere to our overall marketing strategy and company Vivid Vision.
  • Identify, recommend, create, maintain, and develop targeted campaigns
  • Ensure a consistent and effective range of marketing content is available to meet the needs of the channels from videos through to emails, webinars, social media platforms, mailers and print advertising
  • Building and maintain strong working relationships with third party providers such as CACI (for data), Printshop and Mailroom.
  • Work closely with sales teams and business managers as required to maximise the quality and relevance of marketing outputs
  • Management of the marketing budget to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and to maximum effect.
  • Make best use of the CRM and other tools to provide management information.
  • Write clear and considered copy for collateral material, research topics where necessary
  • Collaborate with the Events Team to co-ordinate, manage and implement ad hoc and planned marketing initiatives and external facing events
  • Tailor content for a relevant audience as required
  • Collaborate with our in-house Compliance Team to ensure all content complies with FCA regulations
  • Develop marketing workflow process and procedures, ensuring adequate measures are in place to measure the effectiveness of communications
  • Develop an understanding of the marketplace in which the group operates, ensure you remain up to date with market trends, news and developments in order to develop current and relevant copy
  • Assist with the delivery of internal communications

Qualifications

Our ideal applicant will have previous experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Exec within a predominantly B2C environment and experience of people management. Financial Services experience is not essential although may be advantageous. You should be inquisitive by nature, not afraid to try different approaches but also keenly aware of what drives results. This is a hands-on, role. You should be equally at home defining marketing strategies, managing budgets and producing management information as you are writing content and liaising with stakeholders.

You will predominantly be based at our Head Office in Thame, Oxfordshire, however travel to other locations will be required on occasion so a clean driving licence will be required for the post-holder.
