Financial Planner - Henley-in-Arden

  • Full-time

Company Description

At last, there is a firm where you can focus on doing the right thing for clients rather than just writing business.

Imagine being a Financial Adviser where you qualify for bonus based on how the clients rate the service that you have given them, rather than on what you have sold them.

If you want to join a growing company with a solid 30-year history of doing the right thing for clients then we want to hear from you.

Former PFS Director David Batchelor founded Wills & Trusts on three principles:

1. Do the right thing

2. Put the Client first

3. Make the future better than the past

Job Description

If you are at least a level 4, diploma qualified Adviser and want to live by our principles, then talk to us about joining the team. With offices in Thame, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Henley-in-Arden, and new offices opening in September in Moreton-in-Marsh and Winchester, we need the right people to join our team of Financial Advisers. We have openings available across all office locations for experienced Advisers, ranging from diploma qualified to Chartered.

As an employed Adviser you know that your basic living costs are covered. When the clients rate the service that you give them as excellent, you will also qualify for bonus, giving you the opportunity to generate realistic earnings of £75,000 in your first year, and significantly more in future years.

Unlike most firms we do not expect you to generate your own leads, that’s our job and we do so successfully through our seminar and direct marketing initiatives. Your job is to do the right thing for the client and spend time with them. This is why you will have the backing of our qualified technical department that work on investigation and report writing for you. After all, how can you deliver value to a client and build the relationship with them if you have your nose in a spread sheet.

During your first month you will be immersed in our Academy program where you will enhance your technical knowledge, your communication skills, and your understanding about what drives clients. It’s the training you always wanted to have that actually gives you the skills to put the client first and make sure that their future is better than their past.

Wills & Trusts is rated 44th in the top 100 firms by the Financial Times Financial and we want the right people to help us climb to number one. If that’s you, we want to hear from you.

Gallup recently listed us in the top 97% of places to work in the world, and so check out our team videos on our website. It’ll give you a flavour of what its like to be part of our team.
