Following an initial client meeting our Advisers will prepare a bespoke Wealth Management Plan with detailed recommendations based upon their expert advice.

Essentially for your first 6 months upon joining you will be paid your salary plus full benefits and study package to do nothing other than study before you even start carrying out your new role. Most Financial Advisers currently working within the industry take a minimum of 2 years to obtain their diploma whilst also working full-time.

Training takes place at our Head Office in the stunning historic market town of Thame, Oxfordshire. Should you be applying to work at one of our new locations that is not commutable daily to Oxford we will also pay for your accommodation throughout the duration of the Training Academy, so you could be living rent-free for your first 5-6 months too, making it a feasible option for someone considering this as a relocation opportunity.
