Job Description

Within the role you will play a crucial role supporting our team of Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in looking after our clients to give them first class service. Typical daily responsibilities will include:

  • Provide an efficient, friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
  • Supporting the Technical, Financial Advisers and their own team in the implementation of new business and administration services for existing clients
  • Administration processes in support of Will and Lasting Power of Attorney applications
  • Keep the CRM system up to date

Qualifications

Our ideal applicant will have previous administration experience, ideally within a financial/professional services organisation, although we are open to considering applications from applicants outside the sector but have a passion for the industry.

You will be the sort of individual that always provides exceptional customer service, is highly organised and capable of paying attention to detail. Given the nature of the work the role entails it is important that you can follow step-by-step processes accurately but also meet deadlines to ensure we meet our client’s expectations.

Whilst our ideal applicants will be available full-time (35hrs/wk), we are also open to receiving applications from part-time individuals who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
