Williamsburg Academy (WA)
Leadership Academy of Utah (LAU)
Leadership Academy of Nevada (LANV)
WL headquarters are located in St. George, Utah.
At Williamsburg Learning (WL), the office manager plays a key role in managing the office as well as supporting the mission of both owners and executives of the company. This role requires abilities of time management, project management, and administrative support to create an organized, warm and beautiful office experience.
During First Six Weeks:
Office manager creates a warm, peaceful, organized, beautiful, inspiring place to work
Office manager is integrated on the team and supports the mission and culture
Processes and distributes mail and financial deposits
Runs local errands for owners with 1-3 days notice
Follows monthly budget to purchase snacks and supplies.
Oversees maintenance of office. Supervises custodian
Attends weekly synchro meeting with CEO’s executive assistant
After completion of Six Week "Test Fit," below duties are expected in addition to those above
Creates a system for ordering, restocking, and planning such purchases
Office manager facilitates in person workshops and annual WL retreat
Participates in creative projects for WL such as office “culture wall”
Assists WL controller in processing bills and payments. Creates a system for such
In conjunction with HR, tracks and manages the shipment of WL awards and thank you gifts
Attends weekly strategic support huddle
Assists members of other strategic teams with administrative projects and tasks
Proactively uses creativity, talents and ideas to enhance Williamsburg Learning
Handles all communication and tasks discreetly, sensitively, and efficiently
Participates on teams and projects that strengthen the organization
Office management experience
Understanding of general effective business practices
Ability to pass a criminal history and background check
BA/BS in related field preferred, but not required
General understanding of education and/or homeschooling fields
Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented and thorough
Ability to work independently and be proactive
Creative and friendly
Operates under a high level of integrity
Natural propensity for time management and task follow-through
Initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills
Emotionally Supportive and goes the extra mile
Proficiency with Google Drive including Docs, Spreadsheets, and Forms

- Reports To: Williamsburg Learning CEO’s Strategic Assistant
- Location: Person may work remotely with an estimated 5 hours per week in local office
- Hours: Part-time, (5-20 hours/week)
- Compensation: $11-$15/hr
