Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a high-performance Formula 1 livery operation at an important stage of development, working within a modern production environment equipped with industry leading technology.
We are looking for an individual with a strong technical grounding in graphics production, a disciplined approach to quality, and the motivation to contribute within a fast-moving team where precision, consistency, and attention to detail are critical.
Working as part of a small specialist department, you will produce and apply graphics seen at the highest level of motorsport, supporting race cars, factory environments, transport assets, and wider team branding requirements. Every detail matters, and the standard expected is exceptionally high.
This role will suit someone who takes pride in technical execution, works calmly under pressure, and wants to develop within a team focused on continuous performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Roland print and cut equipment to produce precision vinyl graphics to exact specification
- Use Adobe Illustrator to modify artwork and prepare simple production-ready graphic files
- Laminate printed graphics using both flatbed and roll-to-roll laminating systems
- Apply vinyl graphics confidently across a range of surfaces, including race cars, transporters, windows, factory assets, and internal branding applications
- Use Jira Service Management as part of daily production control, managing incoming requests, prioritising workload, and ensuring graphics are produced accurately to deadline
- Maintain production equipment and working areas to ensure reliability, efficiency, and consistent output
- Work closely with the wider livery department to deliver graphics to exceptionally high presentation standards

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in preparing and applying vinyl graphics, ideally within motorsport, automotive, or related high‑performance environments.
- A strong passion for quality, precision, and delivering work that stands out on a global stage.
- A minimum of one year’s practical experience in signage, graphics production, or print‑and‑cut environments.
- Proficiency in operating Roland print‑and‑cut equipment.
- Competent working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience using laminating equipment and applying graphics across a variety of surfaces.
- A meticulous, quality‑driven approach with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistently high standards across all finished work.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently to demanding deadlines without compromising quality.
- Previous experience in vehicle graphics, motorsport applications, or large‑format branding is highly advantageous, though not essential for the right candidate.
