Job Description

Build something from the ground up — at the heart of Formula One and STEM education

This isn’t a traditional programme management role.

At Williams F1 Team, we’re creating something new — a bold, motorsport-inspired STEM camp experience designed to inspire the next generation. We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded leader to take this vision and turn it into a scalable, high-impact reality.

If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building from scratch, and is energised by both operational delivery and big-picture thinking, this is a unique opportunity to shape a programme from concept to global scale.

What you’ll be doing

Shaping the Camp Vision

  • Co-develop the Williams F1 Team STEM camp model — from format and positioning to long-term growth strategy
  • Lead the evolution from MVP through to weekend camps and scalable residential programmes
  • Ensure the proposition is commercially viable, operationally scalable, and aligned to the wider STEM strategy

Building & Delivering the Operation

  • Build the full operational infrastructure required to launch and run camps — at pace
  • Own end-to-end delivery readiness: staffing, safeguarding, logistics, and systems
  • Develop and manage budgets
  • Define success metrics and reporting frameworks to track performance and continuously improve

Creating a Scalable Ecosystem

  • Act as the key link between Williams F1 Team and external partners
  • Build and manage relationships with camp operators, venues, and education partners
  • Design partnership models that enable scale, particularly across North America
  • Program manage curriculum delivery and development, ensuring high quality and brand consistency

    Qualifications

    What we’re looking for

    • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes with external partners
    • Strong operational and delivery of best-in-class experiences
    • A “builder” mindset — comfortable taking ideas from concept to execution in ambiguous environments, and problem solving along the way
    • Commercially astute, with the ability to translate strategy into practical delivery
    • Highly organised, proactive, and energised by fast-moving environments
    • A genuine passion for STEM education and/or Formula One

    Nice to have:

    • Experience within the STEM, education, or camp landscape
    • Exposure to North American markets

    Additional Information

    Why join Williams?

Williams is on a transformation journey — and our STEM programme is a key part of that future. You’ll be joining at an early stage, with the opportunity to shape a high-profile initiative with real global potential.

This is a role where you can:

    • Build something from the ground up
    • Work at the intersection of sport, education, and innovation
    • Make a genuine impact on young people’s engagement with STEM and Williams F1 Team as a brand

    Additional information

    • This role requires working with children and is subject to DBS clearance
    • Travel may be required as the programme scales
