Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will provide comprehensive support for the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of firm-hosted seminars and events; including identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists, event invitation distribution and follow-up, and on-site support
  • Assist with management of the Firm’s CRM system (HubSpot), including list creation, pipeline editing and overall maintenance
  • Drafting, editing, and proofreading of content such as email alerts, articles, event materials, blog posts, presentations, resumes/bios, social media, and more
  • Handle the posting and distribution of external firm content, including the firm’s website and social media channels
  • Assist with content updates to proposal materials and provide support to overall proposal process
  • Create and prepare marketing packages/sales materials as needed.
  • Assist with promotional material product orders and maintaining ongoing inventory
  • Support the different practice groups overall marketing plans and strategy.  
  • Work with firm’s Culture Committee as well as Young Professional group in setting goals and execution
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask and balance multiple deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
