Job Description

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Solve integration and automation challenges for internal needs and client projects
  • Administer cloud and server based systems ranging from physical servers to SAAS applications
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness, communication, and effective resolution
  • Develop documentation for systems and processes
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and complete projects
  • Occasionally travel to local client sites to complete project work

Qualifications

  • You have at least 5 years of technical experience
  • You have exceptional problem-solving skills
  • You are detail oriented and dedicated to quality work
  • You have self-awareness about your limitations and a willingness to collaborate to resolve issues outside of your skillset
  • You can quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • You excel at clear business communications and documentation
  • You can handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • You have proven skills with Windows desktop and server operating system troubleshooting techniques
  • You have demonstrated experience using Powershell and other scripting languages to support automation efforts
  • You have experience integrating cloud based software leveraging tools like Microsoft Flow
  • You have knowledge of robotic process automation tools
  • You strong network skills in technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc
  • You have experience working with virtualized platforms
  • You have experience with administering Office365 
  • You have some combination of the following: a bachelor’s degree, IT work experience and/or IT Certifications
